I realized today that my first half marathon is in LESS THAN 5 WEEKS. While I know I could be more prepared by now, I am going to go ahead and pat myself on the back anyway, because I could definitely be less prepared. :-)
While I haven't stuck exactly to my training plan (and let's be honest--none of us really thought I would), I haven't been super lazy and sticking my head in the sand either.
Oh, and I also ordered a FitApproach tank (http://fit-approach.myshopify.com/products/sweat-pink-tank-top) & pink sparkle skirt (http://www.team-sparkle.com/shop/pink-sparkle-running-skirt/) to wear on the day to make it a little more fun. ;-) Who says I won't be prepared? I need to tell you all about how I am now a #SweatPink Ambassador too, but that'll have to be tomorrow.
Just got back from a run & I've earned the shower I'm about to take & promised my cycle buddy I'd shave my legs for her tonight (hahaha...tmi?), so gotta go so I won't be late for work....

ReplyDeleteThank you! I am thrilled! I got my skirt yesterday. I think my tank will arrive today. I'm going to put the outfit on a hanger next to my television....or in front of it. Lol. Anything for more motivation. :)

Thank you! Love the skirt. I wore it around the house for awhile after I took it out of the box. It is thin & a little transparent, so definitely wearing something under it, but LOVE! My Sweat Pink package is at the post office. I need to go get it. Can't wait! Thanks for the luck. :)
